Up for sale is a vintage Singer work light f rom an antique Singer sewing machine model 128. I will try to get it as cheap as possible.
It will be like a puzzle to try to put it together.but once done it will display great! Its really easy to put together. I left all the screws attached to the part. Please understand that you will have to assemble this item. Please let me know if you have any questions. I ve seen them with a oak-walnut-glass tops. I seen many different version of what people do with them. It shows some use, but I think it gives it character. As you can see in the pictures its really looks nice. It really dusty.The singer has like a gold, but has faded a bit-loss paint. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. It was in the barn-high and dry! Its true when they say"things were built better and made to last in the old days" This would be a great project to make a table out of. Please look at all the pictures I have posted. does need to be cleaned but I will leave that to a pro so I dont mess anything up. the bottom of the sewing machines case opens up for storage. has an electric foot pedal and carrying case. this sewing machine still works properly. it was the first successful small motor that set off the electric sewing machine craze. motor was designed by Phillip DIEHL of the DIEHL MFG CO. more rare red eye paint job this was only used between 1910 and the late 1920's. Up for auction is a great peice of singer history.
