I uploaded this file for all who want to create their own custom maps for mods or otherwise. This is the Installer for the Star Wars: Empire at War™ Map Editor. Next patch, whenever it hits, I hope will fix this problem. I think there’s a problem with custom maps right now based on the fact that we can’t use the map editor, One of the petroglyph people said that they mistakenly overlooked including the map editor in with the patch.

First off, I have a mod off of filefront installed and working so if you can’t run Custom Maps on modded games, then thats obviously the problem, but I don’t. I downloaded some custom maps off of filefront (since playing the same maps over and over is quite repetitive) but I can’t get any of them to show up in the Custom Maps list in the game. There are 2 new land maps and 3 n Collector’s Edition Bonus Maps. Collector’s Edition Bonus Maps This includes 5 new Skirmish maps for EaW, found in the Collector’s Edition or the retail Gold Edition bonus CD. I don’t know, so I’m just going to post on this Steam forum, not even bothering to use its search feature either. How do I use Google and literally type in “Empire at War custom maps” or “Empire at War mods”?
Where do we get our awesome custom maps? Like there is nowhere to go now.

This and some 1-to-1 size alterations of ship scales & ranges of ships that reflect more accuracy to Legends lore.
